Terms of service

The service

Audint analyzes audience conversations you provide and turns them into insights, evidence and recommendations. Insights are produced by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as guidance and check the evidence before making important decisions.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the conversations you upload and the reports you create.
• You give Audint permission to store and process your content only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy.
• Only upload content you have the right to use, and follow the rules of the platforms it comes from. Don't upload anything illegal, or information you are not allowed to share.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits or security of the service, access other people's accounts, or use Audint to harass or harm anyone.

Plans and payments

• The Free trial and paid plans, with their prices and limits, are shown on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• We may change prices or limits. We will tell you in advance before a change affects a plan you pay for.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Audint running, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or stop features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Audint is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on its insights. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using Audint at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
