Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile picture. If you use email sign-in, your password is stored securely by our login provider and is never visible to us.
• Profile picture: a picture you choose to upload on your profile page.
• Content you add: the audience conversations you upload or paste (for example comments, reviews or replies), and the insights, recommendations and reports Audint creates from them.
• Usage: how many projects, analyses and conversations you use each month, so plan limits work.
• Billing: your plan and subscription status. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are never sent to or stored by Audint.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep your account and projects private to you.
• To analyze the conversations you add and show you the results, evidence and reports.
• To apply plan limits and manage paid subscriptions.
• To fix problems and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Services that process your information

Audint relies on these providers, each of which handles only what it needs:

• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage (account details, your content and profile pictures).
• Vercel: hosting for the website and app.
• Google (Gemini): the AI that analyzes the conversations you submit. Depending on the service tier in use, Google may use submitted content to improve its products, so avoid submitting information you consider highly sensitive.
• Google sign-in: if you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with Audint. We do not request access to anything else in your Google account.
• Stripe: payments and subscription management.

Information about other people

The conversations you upload may include other people's names, usernames and comments. Only upload content you are allowed to use, and remove personal details you don't need for your analysis.

Keeping and deleting your information

Your information is kept while your account is open. You can delete projects, sources and reports at any time from the app, and you can remove your profile picture from your profile page. To delete your whole account and everything in it, email victoria.o.olamide@gmail.com from the email address on your account.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing victoria.o.olamide@gmail.com. You can also download your reports from the app at any time.

Security

Connections to Audint are encrypted, each account can only see its own data, and access to the database is restricted. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong password if you sign in with email.
